Rough Luck Racing are mobile mechanics who travel the UK offering specialst servicing and repairs to MG & Rover vehicles.
Rough Luck Racing are a husband and wife team, based in Hull, who have travelled as far north to Norway and as far south as Portugal to deliver their services. With over 20 years experience repairing MG and Rover vehicles they have a fantastic reputation in the owners community.
Hathway Creative were contacted and asked to have a look at updating their existing website.
The website was created some years ago and while it was still working okay on a desktop computer, and had a useful specially designed ‘service price calculator’, its layout was very dated, the site was difficult to view on a mobile phone and some of the pages and content were out of date.
We worked with Rough Luck to prioritise which were the key services that they offer and wanted the business to focus on in the future and we set about redesigning the website to focus on those key services.
The new design was created to compliment the existing Rough Luck Racing logo and to follow the branding of their vehicle.
Thought was given to make sure the website was fully accessible to users on mobile phones and that the site was quick to load and easy to navigate. We we were also able to carry through the ‘Price Calculator’ from the old site to the new so now the site is current and reflects the business it represents.
